Springs Gymnastics offers a variety of classes from Toddler to Recreational Gymnastics to Competitive Gymnastics. As our gymnasts learn to focus while performing their skills, they advance through different levels. As they improve as athletes, they grow in character and ability to face obstacles. Gymnastics helps to develop self-esteem because gymnasts are able to do something special that others cannot do. Our gymnasts learn physical fitness, nutrition, teamwork, and a multitude of skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Recreational Gymnastics

Springs Gymnastics has Beginner to Advanced Recreational Gymnastics classes. We focus on teaching basic gymnastics techniques on Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault, Trampoline and Tumble Track. Our Recreational Gymnasts learn and practice many skills including cartwheels, handstands, turns, jumps, leaps, and strength.

Pre-School

Springs Gymnastics has toddler classes for the young gymnast. They learn a variety of skills such as tumbling, jumping, strength, balance, and flexibility as they move from station to station in a fun and exciting environment. They also learn and practice many social skills which include following directions, standing in line, and taking turns. For those toddlers hesitant to join a class without a parent, we do have open gym Friday mornings from 9am to 10am. This allows them to get used to the gym but with the safety of a parent close by.

Team Gymnastics

Springs Team Gymnastics offers great opportunities for young athletes to learn to perform gymnastics routines using their acquired skills while learning the vital skill of teamwork. The gymnast learns to perfect skills and work toward individual goals as well as team goals. Our gymnasts learn to listen to constructive criticism and support others. Springs Gymnastics gymnasts also have the opportunity to travel and meet new people and see new places as they acquire more advanced gymnastics and life skills.

Urban Gymnastics

Our Springs Urban Gymnastics develops essential athletic skills of strength and endurance. Through a creative obstacle course, young athletes learn to follow directions, develop motor skills and balance that boasts a students self confidence and social skills.

 Additional Classes

Tumbling class on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:00 for ages 8-18. This class is for all skill levels and requires monthly enrollment.

Pre-School Open Gym is offered on Friday mornings from 9:00am-10:00pm. For children ages 5 and under. Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Open Gym is offered on Friday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. For children ages 5 and up. Offer member and non member pricing.
